本服务不是医疗服务、心理治疗、心理咨询、诊断工具或危机干预服务，也不构成任何专业建议。
ClosenAI is a self-recording and reflection tool. It is not a medical service, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnostic tool or crisis intervention service, and does not constitute professional advice.
订阅通过 Apple 的 App 内购买（IAP）完成，不由我们直接收款。
订阅会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内自动续订，费用由 Apple 从你的 Apple ID 账户扣除。你可以在 iOS「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中随时取消自动续订；取消后，当前已付费周期结束前仍可使用。
退款请求由 Apple 按其退款政策处理，我们不掌握你的支付信息，也无法直接为你退款。
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew within 24 hours before the end of the current period; the fee is charged to your Apple ID. You can cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policy; we do not have access to your payment details.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or not applicable to you. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for medical, psychological, legal, financial or major life decisions. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis line.
你同意不进行以下行为：
应用本身（界面、代码、设计、商标、文案）归我们或我们的许可方所有。本协议未授予你任何除使用服务所必需之外的权利。
服务按「现状」提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对以下事项作保证：服务不中断、无错误、或能满足你的特定期待。
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因使用或无法使用服务而产生的间接损失、附带损失、利润损失或数据损失不承担责任。若法律不允许排除上述责任，我们的累计责任以你在主张发生前 12 个月内实际支付给我们的金额为限。
本条不排除法律不允许排除的责任（例如因重大过失或故意造成的人身损害）。
本协议适用 ［适用法域，例如：新加坡］ 法律。争议应先通过友好协商解决；协商不成，提交 ［管辖地］ 有管辖权的法院。
我们更新本协议时会在应用内提示。重大变更会提前通知。变更后继续使用即视为接受。

ClosenAI is a self-recording and reflection tool. It helps you record reflections, set goals and actions, and asks you later how things turned out — showing the gap between what you expected and what actually happened. It is not a medical service, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnostic tool or crisis intervention service.
You need a valid email address or Sign in with Apple. You must be at least 13; if below the age of majority where you live, use with guardian consent. You are responsible for your credentials and must tell us about unauthorized use. One account per person; accounts are non-transferable.
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase; we do not take payment directly.
Subscriptions auto-renew within 24 hours before the end of the current period, charged to your Apple ID. Cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policy.
What you write belongs to you; we claim no copyright. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license solely to operate the service for you. We do not publish your content or use it to train publicly available AI models. You can export everything or delete your account at any time.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or not applicable to you. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for medical, psychological, legal, financial or major life decisions. If you are in crisis or having thoughts of self-harm, contact emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
You agree not to: use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights; upload malicious code, circumvent quotas or security, or make automated bulk calls; reverse engineer or attempt to obtain source code (except where legally permitted); resell or rent the service or build a competing product on it; generate harassing, threatening or harmful content about others.
The app itself (interface, code, design, trademarks, copy) belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms grant no rights beyond what is necessary to use the service.
We may add, modify or discontinue features with advance notice for material changes. We may suspend or terminate your account for serious violations. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give at least 30 days notice and a way to export your data. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that it meets your specific expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, lost-profit or lost-data damages. Where such exclusion is not permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Disputes should first be resolved by good-faith negotiation; otherwise they are submitted to the courts of [venue].
We will notify you in the app when these Terms change, and in advance for material changes. Continued use means acceptance.
